- Independence Blue Cross (IBX) — Most plans cover unlimited lactation visits at 100% with no copay or deductible. Please verify your specific plan before booking. Keystone First does not cover lactation visits.
- United Health Care- PENDING– Most plans cover up to 6 lactation visits at 100% coverage with no copay or deductible. Please verify your specific plan by calling the number on the back of your insurance card before booking.
